Recommended to me by a fellow Turner as a quality source, I
called in to this small concern buried in a valley industrial estate. Not a
large unit but with considerable stocks of prepared blanks and a moderate
selection of native timber boards and slabs, Paul was very friendly
and gave us a tour of his stocks and pointed out the bargains and the minor
defects that rated them so. With the comment that if we were dissatisfied
with the quality when put to use then he would put it right. Turning Blanks in thicker sizes (150mm up) than I have found elsewhere. prices very competitive. Worth a phone call if you are looking for particular native timber as the company are constantly retrieving native timber and may just have what you want in the pipeline awaiting interest. |
